Privacy Policy

1. Purpose of the Application

TraLaLa CRM – YouTube Integration is an internal technical service that synchronizes data from the YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API into the TraLaLa CRM system, for managing video channels, reporting, and operational activities. The application is not intended for the general public; it is used by authorized personnel of the organization.

2. Data Processed

By authorizing via Google / YouTube OAuth, the application may access and store:

  • YouTube channel and video identifiers (e.g. channel ID, video ID);
  • public video metadata (title, duration, publication date, visibility);
  • YouTube Analytics statistics and metrics (views, likes, watch time, estimated revenue);
  • technical information required for authentication (OAuth tokens, encrypted and securely stored on the server).

The application does not collect Google passwords and does not publish content on YouTube on behalf of users.

3. Purpose of Processing

Data is used exclusively for:

  • synchronizing the video catalog into the CRM database;
  • internal financial and operational reporting;
  • managing channels operated within the organization's YouTube CMS accounts.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on the legitimate interest of the operator in managing its commercial activities, and on the consent granted through the OAuth flow when an authorized user connects a YouTube / CMS account.

5. Storage and Security

Data is stored in the CRM database (secured server, restricted access). OAuth tokens are kept in configuration files on the server, with access limited to IT personnel. All communication with Google is carried out over HTTPS.

6. Data Sharing

Data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may only be accessed by the technical providers required for operation (Google APIs) and by authorized TraLaLa personnel.

7. Data Retention

Data is retained for as long as it is necessary for CRM reporting and management, in accordance with the organization's internal archiving policies.

8. User Rights

Authorized users may:

  • revoke the application's access from their Google account;
  • request information or deletion of their data via the contact details below.

9. Google Services

Use of the application is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service.
