Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting a Google / YouTube account to this application, the authorized user confirms that they have read and agree to these terms. The application is intended exclusively for internal use by TraLaLa and its authorized partners.

2. Service Description

The service automatically synchronizes data from YouTube (videos, statistics, estimated revenue) into the TraLaLa CRM platform. It operates as a backend component and does not provide a public interface for external users.

3. Eligibility and Access

  • Access is permitted only to personnel authorized by TraLaLa.
  • The user must hold administrative rights over the YouTube channels / CMS accounts being connected.
  • The user is responsible for the security of the Google account used for authorization.

4. Acceptable Use

The user agrees to:

  • not use the application in violation of YouTube's Terms of Service or Google API policies;
  • not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
  • not redistribute CRM data to third parties without the operator's consent.

5. Intellectual Property

YouTube content remains the property of the respective channel owners. Data aggregated in the CRM is used for internal operational purposes. The application's code and infrastructure are the property of the operator.

6. Availability and Limitations

The service is provided "as is". The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Synchronization depends on Google / YouTube APIs, which may impose rate limits or experience outages. Revenue figures are estimates, as provided by YouTube Analytics.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses resulting from Google API unavailability, OAuth token expiration, or reporting errors.

8. Termination of Access

The operator may suspend access at any time. Users may revoke access from their Google account settings.

9. Modifications

These terms may be updated. The current version is published at this URL. Continued use after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
